These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of digital products (amigurumi patterns in PDF format) available on www.effellelab.com, made by Consumers as defined under applicable EU and Italian consumer law. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. Subject matter

The Seller offers exclusively digital content — amigurumi patterns in PDF format — designed and created by Francesca Leone. The patterns are protected works under Italian and EU copyright law.

Purchase of a pattern does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the Buyer. Patterns are licensed for personal use and for the artisanal sale of handmade finished products, provided the designer is credited (Pattern by effelle — @effellelab). Any reproduction, distribution, sale or publication of the PDF file or its instructions, in whole or in part, without the Seller's written authorisation, is strictly prohibited.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable VAT. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; the price applicable to the Buyer will be the one shown at the time of order confirmation.

Payment is made exclusively via PayPal. The Seller does not access or store the Buyer's card or bank account details.

3. Contract conclusion

The contract is concluded when PayPal confirms the payment. Immediately thereafter, the Seller sends an email to the address provided via PayPal containing the download link for the purchased pattern. The link has a limited validity period; after expiry, the Buyer may request a new link by writing to info@effellelab.com.

4. Delivery of digital content

The pattern is delivered exclusively in digital format (PDF) by email. No physical shipment takes place. Delivery occurs within minutes of payment confirmation. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder before contacting support.

5. Right of withdrawal — Exclusion for digital content

Under Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (as implemented in Italy by Art. 59(1)(o) of Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

Before completing payment, you are asked to tick the following confirmation box:

"I consent to the immediate supply of the PDF file and I waive my 14-day right of withdrawal, acknowledging that once the download has started the digital product cannot be returned."

By ticking this box and completing the purchase, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal. If you do not wish to waive this right, please do not proceed with the purchase.

6. Conformity and guarantees

The Seller warrants that the digital patterns are as described on the site. In the event of a defect or non-conformity of the file received (e.g. corrupted file, missing instructions), the Buyer is entitled to a replacement file at no extra cost by writing to info@effellelab.com within 30 days of receipt.

7. Intellectual property

All content on www.effellelab.com — texts, images, illustrations, logos, patterns — is the exclusive property of Effelle di Francesca Leone and is protected by copyright law. Any reproduction, even partial, without written authorisation is prohibited.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the courts of the Consumer's place of residence or domicile shall have jurisdiction. EU Consumers may also use the European Commission's ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
